It’s time to Renew your Houston Beekeepers Association Annual Membership

Please join us for our monthly meeting this evening - Tuesday, February 17th at 7:00 PM.

We are excited to announce that our Guest this month is one of our favorite local speakers - Mr. Kyle Cosby! Kyle visited our club last September to cover mite control and this month he will be speaking about our first inspections of the spring and early-season hive management. Kyle is always great about answering our members' questions and giving practical advice, too. Hope to see everyone there!

Also, Harris County Beekeepers Association will be attending our February meeting with the Rodeo sign-up sheet. Don't forget to sign up for your shift(s) with the HLSR Bee Booth!

HBA is now accepting applications for our Youth Scholarship for the 2026-2027 season running from April 2026 to April 2027. Applications need to be received no later than March 16th at 6pm for selection at the board meeting the following day. We will be selecting 3 recipients. Recipients will receive all required equipment, bees, and support from an HBA mentor. Please read the requirements in the attached application and ensure you can meet them before applying!
